Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping, following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed on normal business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We strive to keep our shipping simple and affordable. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 20–30 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (if applicable): Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier delays outside of our control.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package via the email sent after order has been placed. 
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
This store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
This store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide; however, delivery times for international orders may vary significantly based on your local postal service and customs office. Most international orders arrive within the 30-day window.
7. Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us at smartpetlogic@gmail.com.Â
